Hey! I’m Lisa

I’m an actor, writer & comedian from Long Island, based in New York City. I’m a BFA Acting graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts.

Recent on screen credits include Drive-Away Dolls, Etoile and Worst Behavior. In New York, I’ve performed on stage with Playwrights Horizons, The SHE NYC Festival, The 24 Hour Plays, and Joe’s Pub at The Public. Favorite regional credits include Fun Home, The Wolves, and the original production of Incident at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. In 2023, I won a self-tape competition at the First Frame International Film Festival in NYC.

As a writer, I’ve worked with The People’s Improv Theater and The Upright Citizens Brigade. I have one well-received TikTok character, linked here. I was a finalist for Primary Stage’s Echoes Writers cohort in 2024 for my full-length play God Mic. I’m also a member of the Ring of Keys network, an arts advocacy organization that connects and promotes the work of queer and trans/GNC theatre artists (linked here).

I’m most passionate about working on original projects that give voice to underrepresented voices and communities, and stories that are funny/heartbreaking. For the record, I’m a double Aquarius, Libra moon, and can be found on social media @lisa_naso
