LISA NASO

Hey! I’m Lisa, I’m an actor & writer based in New York City.

I’m originally from Long Island, and am a BFA Acting graduate of Point Park University.

As an actor, I’ve performed on stage with Playwrights Horizons, the SHE NYC Festival, The 24 Hour Plays, and Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater. Favorite regional credits include Jo in Jagged Little Pill, Medium Alison in Fun Home, and #2 in The Wolves.

As a writer, I’ve written for and performed at The People’s Improv Theater and The Upright Citizens Brigade. I was a finalist for Primary Stage’s Echoes Writer’s Cohort for my play God Mic. My one act play Ladies is premiered this summer at The New York Theatre Festival. I’m most excited about new plays, indie projects, and stories that are both funny and heartbreaking.
